Here’s the ridiculously inadequate settlement agreement the Iowa Attorney General handed out to the folks who poisoned 60 miles of the Nishnabotna River. With no public comment or outreach to the citizens harmed she gave a gift to this habitual environmental offender.
Sad to see complete corporate capture of Iowa’s justice system.
